Solutions by Computer has continuously served the rental industry since 1982. Today our rental, sales and service software is used by more than 1,700 rental companies, 2,000 installed locations and 9,000 licensed users.

Deep rental experience is pervasive throughout our organization. Our operations, product development and support services are all guided by individuals with many years of rental industry experience. To understand the importance of this in practical terms, consider the market enthusiasm for our first system, CounterPro®, which earned a leadership position within 18 months of introduction.

The abundance of rental industry experience responsible for the success of CounterPro was the creative force behind our Enfinity® technology platform, whose superior design made it the winner of two industry awards for innovation in its debut year. With several years now in the field with real customers, Enfinity is considered to be the most user-friendly, powerfully versatile, and highly integratable core rental management systems on the market today.

Over the years we’ve served thousands of customers across many different market segments. Many of our customers are pure rental businesses, others mix rental and sales. And some don't rent at all. They use our software to manage assets, track internal equipment, and financially account for inventory.

We’ve grown our business organically over several decades, by delivering strong products, providing exceptional service, and enhancing our solutions to fit the evolving needs of our clients. In 2009 Solutions was acquired by Constellation Software. The support of our publicly-traded parent company gives us even more stability, and provides momentum for our continued growth in the rental industry.
