Solutions by computer Announces Acquisition by Constellation Software

Plans Product and Service Enhancements

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - June 13, 2008 - Solutions by Computer ("Solutions") today announced that Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Trapeze Software Inc., the purchase of certain assets of the company.

Development, sales and service operations will continue under the Solutions by Computer brand with the guidance of existing management in Springfield, Mass. Solutions' flagship rental applications software, Windows-based Enfinity® and UNIX-based CounterPro®, will continue to be the focus of ongoing development, while system users will benefit from an enhanced customer service infrastructure.

Established in 1982, Solutions by Computer has long been a leading provider of mission-critical business management software to the rental industry, and currently serves the largest rental customer base in North America with more than 2,200 installed locations and 9,000 licensed users, as well as installations in Latin America, Europe and the United Kingdom.
