Solutions By Computer Expands Virtual Community with New Forum for Enfinity® and CounterPro® Users

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - FEBRUARY 23, 2011 - Solutions by Computer (SBC) has announced the launch of a private virtual community for its rental software customers. The SBC Forum site at http://forum.sbcma.com gives users a new online meeting place where they can exchange ideas, learn about upcoming developments, and discuss system-related topics with SBC experts.

"The new forum fits our communication strategy, which is to give our users 24-hour access to useful information," said J.J. Shea, SBC chief operating officer. "The rental landscape has evolved rapidly in the past few years. We’ve often said that our responsibility involves extending the benefits of computerization beyond the four walls of the rental store. We interpret that as relating to our development decisions, service to our direct customers, and through them to their customers - the end renters. The SBC Forum has positive implications for that entire chain."

Support subscribers are granted free and private access to all areas of the forum, where they can read and post to more than a dozen topics dealing with Enfinity and CounterPro operations, practical tips from rental users, software development plans and other community interests. Early reaction has been very positive, said Tim Johnson, SBC vice president of support.
